Good to know
What if my order never arrives?
Open a dispute from Arbor’s page before the 7 days are up. The money stays frozen with Arbor, and an Arbor Admin reviews both sides and rules: a full refund to you, or release to us.
What if I forget to confirm?
Nothing bad happens. Seven days after you pay, Arbor releases the payment to us automatically, so you never need to chase anything.
Why does Arbor send me a code?
Releasing money or opening a dispute needs a one-time SMS code sent to the phone that paid. That way only you can decide what happens to your payment.
Does protection cost me anything?
No. You pay exactly the price you see. Arbor charges the shop a small fee when an order is released, and refunds carry no fee at all.
Does Adey Market see my M-PESA PIN?
Never. You approve the payment on your own phone through M-PESA, starting from Arbor’s secure checkout page.
